Health Management Program
Through working very closely with our clients and their employees over the years, One Tree Group has recognized the need for an effective but simplified approach to offering our clients a Health Management Program for their employees that both provides significantly expanded health benefits for the employee while drastically reducing costs for the employer client. OneTree Group has accomplished this by working with two main partners in the Health Management and Health Advocacy space, delivery a product and service to our clients that see our clients provide expanded benefits to their staff, retain their team members with reduced staff attrition and reduce the cost of providing benefits to the company.
Third Party Administrator/Payroll Service
Through One Tree Group’s subsidiary, One Tree Payroll & TPA Services, as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Payroll Service Provider, we are able to offer our clients with a one-stop shop for many of their third-party operational support services, acting as a TPA and Payroll Service Provider for our clients. As a majority-owned subsidiary of One Tree Group, One Tree Payroll & TPA Services is also a certified Minority Business Enterprise, which allows our clients that have made a commitment to purchasing products and services from diverse channels, to further increase their percentage of MBE derived products and services by turning to us for their TPA and Payroll Service needs.
Independent Marketing Organization - Insurance
With our independent agents nationwide, One Tree Group is an Independent Marketing Organization, working with some of the top Insurance Carriers in the marketplace, providing our independent agents the ability to offer the top insurance products to clients in all 50 States. One Tree Group provides exceptional operational support to our agents, while also providing opportunity for increased revenue potential by offering access to products through carriers that are typically reserved for only the highest producing agents in the country.
